Join us for an evening of insight and reflection with Prof. Dorit Nitzan, one of the world’s foremost experts in emergency medicine and humanitarian response. In this poignant talk, Prof. Nitzan will share her invaluable experiences and research on assessing the mental and physical health needs of Israeli society in the aftermath of the October 7th crisis. Drawing from her extensive expertise in public health, resilience, and emergency medicine, she will explore the pathways to recovery and the vital role of resilience and hope in overcoming the profound challenges faced by individuals and communities during and after conflict. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from a leading figure at the intersection of health, resilience, and humanitarian work.

Reception: The evening will begin with a Negev Wine & Cheese reception at 7:30 p.m., followed by Prof. Nitzan’s presentation at 8:00 p.m.
