Meet the people shaping its future-from food innovators and wellness leaders to drone technologists and musicians-and gain a fresh view of Israeli culture through this inspiring four-part virtual journey.

January 27th – Ariel Pollock Starr – Founding Director of “Lehem Zeh” will speak about path-breaking activities she and her staff lead in the fast-developing field of Culinary Therapy. Ariel’s Teaching Kitchen project empowers educators in the Negev and Miami to help their communities flourish by utilizing the culinary arts for mental and physical health promotion, social-emotional learning, resilience building, and reduction of educational gaps.
