Mah Jongg with Caryn Frishman

Have you always wanted to learn the game of Mah Jongg but didn’t have the time? Now is your chance to learn the basics.
Creative Writing with Efrat Friedman
Mondays, 2:00 – 3:30 pm
Explore the genre of the memoir while working on your own writing. Students will share and workshop their work with the group.
Art History Through the Ages with Natanya Blank
Tuesdays, 11:00 – 12:00
Learn about the art masters and masterpieces throughout history through discussion and study of selected works. No prior participation necessary.
Spanish Level I with Paula Milano
Tuesdays & Thursdays (twice per week) | 3 – 4pm
Beginning with “hola” this class will introduce you to the basics.
Spanish Level II with Paula Milano
Tuesdays & Thursdays (twice per week) | 12 pm – 1pm
Take your basic Spanish speaking skills to the next level. Designed for students who have completed the Beginner Spanish course.

This course is for students who have completed the Advanced Beginner course and want to become more fluent.
A Journey Into Yiddish and Yiddishkeit with Riva Ginsburg

Enjoy illuminating insights into our strong, sexy, strategic, and decisive foremothers with Miki Raver, author of Listen to Her Voice: Women of the Hebrew Bible. Discover the presence of the Feminine Divine that lies in between the lines of their stories. Add your interpretation of their lives and tales in this lively interactive class. Learn about the history of this landmark hotel and its future as a both a hospitality industry leader in Miami Beach, as well as a supporter for the arts.
Music Appreciation with Alan Mason
Each week of Music Appreciation will introduce you to a classical composer and his music, beginning with a brief overview of the composer’s life and musical style, followed by guided listening of great masterworks from the classical music repertory. We will view great concert videos and listen to some of the finest recordings of the world’s most beloved classical music.
