The MBJCC is proud to offer competitive travel sports teams that represent Miami Beach against top programs throughout the region. Our flagship travel program is the DRIVEN Athletes Travel Basketball Team — a championship-caliber program with a proud record of titles across age groups. We also offer travel team opportunities in Flag Football, giving young athletes additional options to compete at a higher level beyond our recreational leagues and programs. All travel teams are led by experienced coaches committed to developing not just athletic skills, but character, team culture, and a competitive mindset. MBJCC Travel Basketball Team — DRIVEN Athletes
The MBJCC is proud to offer a championship-caliber Travel Basketball program. The DRIVEN Athletes are led by Coach Joe Campodonico and Coach Jarred Axon.
Coach Joe has been coaching basketball for over 20 years and has won multiple titles at every age level. Coach Jarred is a former Division 1 college basketball player at Eastern Michigan University and a former D League player. Together they have built a foundation that has helped the MBJCC DRIVEN Athletes win multiple championships.

Flag Football Travel Team
The MBJCC also offers travel team opportunities in Flag Football for young athletes looking to compete at a higher level. The Flag Football Travel Team focuses on developing speed, agility, technique, strategy, and team fundamentals through competitive play against top programs in the region.

Tryouts & Registration
Travel team placement is based on tryouts and coach evaluation. Children will be placed accordingly based on coach discretion. Practice days and times are determined after tryouts. The competitive season runs September through May and therefore requires a full-year commitment. Tryouts typically take place over the summer in June and August.
