The outcomes and priorities of our Strategic Planning Initiative were developed through extensive community input, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation of evolving needs across Miami Beach. The following priority areas guide our work as we move into the future.
Launching a Preschool and enhanced Parenting Center to meet the growing demands for pluralistic Jewish experiences among young families.
Enhancing and transforming our Arts and Cultural Center to establish the MBJCC as the premiere arts and ideas destination on Miami Beach.
Expanding and strengthening our focus on developing programming for youth and teens that builds community, identity, and lifelong skills.
Strengthening the Center’s membership value proposition while recreating agency marketing, branding, and identity for the next generation.
Building an enhanced growth model for both fundraising and capital improvements to ensure the long-term strength and sustainability of the MBJCC.
I am thrilled to share that alongside the important milestones of our Galbut Family Miami Beach JCC, we launched an important Strategic Planning Initiative. This organizational process is designed to help move our agency into the future with thoughtful planning, strength, foresight, and fiscal efficiency — all with the goals of ensuring excellence, being responsive to our community, and developing engagement opportunities. We are truly thankful to the entire Miami Beach JCC Strategic Planning Committee, the dedicated professional staff, and to every community member who contributed their voice to this process. Amazing things continue to happen each and every day here at our Miami Beach JCC, as we continue our exciting work as a full-service, state-of-the-art agency serving our Miami Beach community. We are indeed powered by community — and we thank you for your continued support.
— Paul Frishman, M. Ed., Chief Executive Officer, Miami Beach JCC
