THE ART & SCIENCE OF LIVING WELL

Date

Sun, Nov 1

Time

10:00 am – 11:30 am

A 90-Minute Interactive Wellness Experience with Ariela Jason, CFMP

We live in a world of constant information, stimulation, and distraction. We know more about health than ever before, yet with so much noise around us, it can be surprisingly difficult to recognize what our own bodies and minds are trying to tell us.

The Art & Science of Living Well is an engaging 90-minute experience that brings together personal storytelling, functional medicine insights, brain health, science-informed wellness, and practical tools for everyday life.

Together, we’ll explore how everyday patterns around food, sleep, stress, technology, habits, movement, and connection influence how we feel — and how small, intentional shifts can make a meaningful difference.

Through conversation, reflection, and simple interactive experiences, Ariela invites participants to move beyond simply knowing what is “good for us” and become more curious about what we actually need.

Participants will leave with a fresh perspective on their own patterns, practical tools they can begin using immediately, and a powerful question:

What might change if you started paying attention?

Because living well isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about becoming more aware, making better choices, and discovering what’s possible — one small shift at a time.

During this interactive experience, we’ll explore:

  • “I want to, but I can’t.” What science can teach us about why knowing what’s good for us doesn’t always translate into doing it.
  • The science of habit formation — how habits are created, why they can be so difficult to change, and what actually helps new ones stick.
  • Why New Year’s resolutions so often fade — and why meaningful change requires more than motivation and willpower.
  • The hidden influence of our environment — how food, technology, stress, sleep, and constant stimulation can shape our everyday choices, often without us realizing it.
  • Small shifts, big impact — practical, science-informed tools that can make healthier choices easier to bring into everyday life.

ABOUT ARIELA JASON

Ariela Jason is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP), Certified Health Coach, Brain Health Practitioner, Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Wellness Educator, and creator of Yoga Chai – חי, inspired by chai, the Hebrew word for life.

After serving in the Israeli military, Ariela returned to the United States and began building a career rooted in Jewish community, wellness, and human connection. For nearly three decades, she has created experiences that bring people together — from founding and developing Israeli dance programming within the JCC community to leading wellness, brain health, healthy aging, leadership programs, and retreats in India, Tulum, Panama, and Naples.

Today, her work brings together functional medicine, brain health, mind-body science, and real life.

But Ariela’s work is not rooted in science alone. Profound personal experiences have shaped the way she understands resilience, the brain, and the choices we make when life doesn’t go according to plan.

Her own health journey also taught her that meaningful change often begins by looking beyond what we see on the surface and becoming curious about what our bodies, habits, and lives may be telling us.

Today, Ariela creates spaces where people can learn, reconnect, ask better questions, and discover small, meaningful shifts that can influence how they think, feel, move, connect, and live.

Rooted in the Jewish value of chai — life, Ariela believes that living well isn’t simply about adding more years to our lives. It’s about bringing more life into the years we have. Her approach is practical and accessible, offering simple, actionable tools that people can begin using immediately to create meaningful change in their everyday lives.

At the heart of her work is an invitation to stay curious, live with intention, and discover what becomes possible when we begin paying closer attention to ourselves and the way we live.

Stay curious about what’s possible.
Fall in love with your life.
