He lec­tures wide­ly about con­flict res­o­lu­tion\, is an accred­it­ed medi­a­tor and runs dif­fi­cult con­ver­sa­tion lab­o­ra­to­ries bring­ing togeth­er par­tic­i­pants from dif­fer­ent ide­o­log­i­cal back­grounds.
