We are committed to our JCC-U program as a vital part of our mission to provide life-long learning opportunities, social connections and fun! All classes will be hosted on Zoom, and are subject to change as we monitor the ability to safely meet “in person”.

All classes are free to MBJCC Members and Patrons, unless noted as a Specialty Class as indicated in purple. Specialty Class Fees are $120 and $90 for Members To inquire about becoming a member, contact Nicole Linares at x205.

Wendy Wasserstein play, THE SISTERS ROSENSWEIG described
by the playwright as a play “about being Jewish.” A script will be needed for

Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga uses simple guided techniques that enable anyone to
tap into their inner laughter without relying on humor, jokes, or comedy.
Physical movements that incorporate deep breathing, eye contact, and childlike playfulness quickly transform into real and contagious laughter. It’s a whole-body exercise that literally makes you laugh out loud.
