Today our Miami Beach JCC & Swim Gym were proud hosts to USA Swimming Foundation’s “Make A Splash Tour”. This initiative helps to educate about drowning prevention and the importance of swim lessons & pool safety. The program also assists local partners in funding lessons. Special guests included Gold Medalists Cullen Jones & Rowdy Gaines, our own Olympian Robert Strauss, along with Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz, Debbie Hesse from USA Swimming, and Tami Walker from Phillips 66. Our Miami Beach JCC & Swim Gym are proud recipients of this Foundation’s program & donation.
